Meet Our Founders
Our founders Dan and Meiqi met during the Surgical Innovation at McGill University. While shadowing plastic surgeons at the McGill university Health Centre, they witnessed the inefficiencies and subjectivity that exist with breast surgeries so they set out to develop an AI-powered solution to bring data-driven clarity to both patients and surgeons.
Today's Problems
Assessment of the breast volume and symmetry primarily rely on visual assessment and surgeon's expertise. While these data points are crucial for operation, surgeons currently don't have tools to acquire them. They spend considerable time shaping the breasts in the operating room and take pictures to track the changes.
